It’s been a long winter for fans of Loving Hut Express and its Crispy Chick’n and grilled mushroom cheese burgers. Back in November, Vancouver’s favourite vegan food truck was forced to temporarily close after thieves made off with key equipment.

Thankfully, it looks like Loving Hut Express is almost ready to hit the streets again. According to a Facebook post, the food vendor aims to reopen on March 23.

It’ll be great to see the yellow truck parked at Pacific Boulevard and Davie Street, outside Yaletown’s Roundhouse Community Arts and Recreation Centre, once again. Now the question is what to order first.
